Your pack shipment

Orders are typically processed within 3 days upon receipt of payment and are shipped using Hong Kong Post Air Registered Mail. If you prefer the convenience of FedEx or UPS delivery with a required signature, an additional fee will be incurred. Regardless of your shipping preference, we will furnish you with a tracking link for online package monitoring.

We provide complimentary standard shipping worldwide, excluding any handling fees for shipment. We recommend consolidating your items into a single order, as separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping charges will apply to each. Please note that while we take special precautions to safeguard delicate items, the shipment is at your own risk.

Rest assured, our packages are meticulously packed in generously sized boxes to ensure the utmost protection for your items during transit.

Return Policy

You have a 14-day window, starting from the day you received your item, to initiate a return.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of its arrival. Following the inspection, we will inform you about the status of your refund.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your PayPal account.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.
